Hello guys, em new to Linux and i want to build my career in Linux. I need guidance how i can build my career in Linux.
Hi, and welcome to the forums. We are just the users of Ubuntu, sharing with, helping and supporting each other. Professional career guidence goes way beyond the scope of the forums, but, the first small steps are to actually start using "Linux", find yourself a linux distro to use, and a community for help and support.
Welcome. Install and start learning then you can guide yourself. Your question is fairly ambiguous and gives no idea of your interests or the direction you're wanting to take.
As stated by mikewhatever, we are not a career guidance counselor. We are a support forum for Ubuntu. If you need help with the OS, want to learn about using Ubuntu, or want to share your knowledge, as you gain it, this is the place.
Incidentally, there are plenty of gals here as well as guys, both users and staff, so please attempt to remain gender-neutral when addressing forums. Thanks.

Lol that was a funny little back and forth. In New Zealand "guys" is gender neutral for the record, in this context anyway, I'd liken it to greeting a room with "Hi guys", that would mean everyone in the room, both men and women.

Bucky Balls...are you seriously offended that someone used "guys"? I can't understand why it is a big enough issue to take the time to post it....
Anyway, to the OP, we can't really help you "build your career" in Linux...do you want to work in Networking, Software Development, OS patching, etc, etc? It's like the pathetic people who watch a youtube video about pinging a website...and saying 'plse help me hack' 'i wanna hack' 'how can i be a hacker'... You don't just "become" a hacker, or an IT specialist, or a professional network admin for a huge company, by asking people to give you "The Definitive Guide to <Fill in the Blank>". You have to find your own way, read some books, explore career paths, look at universities that specialize in what you want to do...and most importantly, LIVE on Linux...eat it, breath it, BECOME part of it...know it inside and out, and people will want to hire you.
Well, you could contribute to Linux kernel development by learning C and Assembly.
@Mohammad_Muzzammil , somewhere to start would be Googling I.T schools in your area that have students sit "Comptia A+", or going to a site like CBTNuggets.com and look into purchasing a tutorial package, after passing that you'll know the general mechanics of home PCs.
Go back to your I.T school or CBTNuggets.com and start studying for "Comptia Linux+". After that choose a path to specialize it, Programming, Network Administration etc.
