I messed up my neetwork on Ubuntu and I would like to reset it to factory settings

I was trying to route my internet from an Ubuntu notebook to an Ubuntu computer through an Ethernet cable and ended up messing with the network settings on the notebook, including creating a Wi-Fi hotspot that I can't seem to turn off. I'm not sure if it's because of this, but some changes also made it so that although Wi-Fi works, I can access some sites but not others. For example I can acess Youtube but not GitHub.

I tried turning the firewall off to see if it was the problem but it wasn't. This is probably a consequence of some change I made. How can I reset the changes I made to my Wi-Fi settings in Ubuntu? Or something similar to try to fix the error. Ubuntu 22.04.2
