hi, your webcam is a v4l2 webcam only which is great, but gyachi is a v4l application only, like the state of Adobe flash.

a workaround is to use http://www.swift-tools.net/Flashcam/

Sir loell I've downloaded the file and install it. I'm having a problem with my webcam, (not broadcasting) downloaded the flashcam-1.1 and this is what happened:

for voice chat you need to have the codecs either from medibuntu or download

you need to install the kernel headers before compiling flashcam

apt-get install linux-headers-`uname -r` linux-restricted-modules-`uname -r`

yeah, i know, this is an inconvenience for v4l2 webcam users, be sure that yours is really a v4l2 webcam though before trying this one.

I tried the flashcam and I still can't get it to work. I tried to do the apt-get install linux-headers-`uname -r` linux-restricted-modules-`uname -r`

but it told me that permission was denied.


Any follow-up?
