Sir Loell, my webcam is still dead it wont work anymore even in kopete and ekiga since I installed hardy. This webcam is working happy with gutsy before and I already did your tutorial. The only thing is I cannot install the flashcam till now, same error (the one I posted earlier). Voice chat seems working now, thanks 4 ur how to. MANY THANKS and need more help here.
I already manage to make my webcam to work on kopete and ekiga but not on gyachi. Still need help pls. (stuck on flashcam) I'm now using 2.6.24-17 kernel, does it make sense?

Hmm is there a Gyachi client for 64 bit architectures? I downloaded your link, but when I tried to install it said Error: wrong architecture. Umm I am a pretty fresh newbie around here, so I kinda need things spelled out step by step right now. Thanx
@halln, i might have to explore if flashcam can be packaged as deb for easier installation, let's see if its possible.
@Desterie, theres no 64bit package at this time, you could install the package using getlibs http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=769590
